Recently, XJ Electric Corporation has been awarded the Contract of the Supply of Measuring Device for the Project of Construction of New HVDC Converter Stations for COA-SOA Interconnection Link in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (hereinafter referred to as KSA) by China Electric Power Equipment and Technology Co., Ltd. (CET).

At 8:30 a.m.2021 local time on August 18, 2021, Matiari-Lahore ±660 kV DC transmission project successfully put into operation for 168 hours, with a full-load operation capacity of 4 million kilowatts. During the period, the Pakistani National Grid operates stably. The success of the test marks that the Matiari-Lahore ±660 kV DC transmission project is fully ready for commercial operation.

Client: CGE (COMPAÑÍA GENERAL DE ELECTRICIDAD S.A.) Country or Region: Chile Description: Since 2022, XJ has supplied over 30000 Single-phase and Three-phase Smart Meters to CGE in Chile, significantly changing the country's power management. Through the smart metering system provided by XJ, CGE has achieved its goal of intelligent electricity management. Real-time data collection, remote monitoring, and user management have enhanced energy management efficiency. Moreover, it effectively reduces electricity theft and enhances the revenue and service quality of the power utility. The project has created over 300 jobs directly, playing important role in promoting economic and social development of Chile. During the construction of the project, XJ has conducted on-the-spot training for a large number of electricians, making important contributions to the training of talents for local electric power industry.
